Keith Bilderbeck

Keith was a member of the Academy Award-winning sound design team for "U-571" about a German submarine in World War II.
He won an Emmy Award for his work on "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and a Golden Reel Award for HBO's "Vietnam War Story." Other sound effects credits include the movies "The Blind Side,"
"Dolphin Tale," "The Santa Clause" and "Ferngully: The Last Rainforest."

 

Keith is from Florida, where he sang and performed on piano and guitar in salsa and calypso bands. Maashe, a steel drummer from
St. Croix, taught him the island rhythms of Trinidad, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico. David Forrestier, percussionist with La Solution, taught him the interlocking polyrhythms of Afro-Cuban music and Latin jazz. Mr. Bilderbeck's music often incorporates Indian modes and Caribbean beats. He studied music composition with John Boda at Florida State University.

 

"The Firebird," Keith's musical adventure recording, won the Gold Award from the National Association of Parenting Publications (NAPPA) and the Award of Excellence from the Film Advisory Board. He has received excellent reviews for "The Fountain of Youth" and "The Firebird" from publications such as Booklist, Publishers Weekly, and The School Library Journal.

Penny Wiggins

Baba Yaga, Little Vassilisa, The Firebird, The Raccoon...

Show-stopping magic assistant and zany foil to The Amazing Johnathan for the past nine years, Penny has also appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," Showtime's "Rude Awakening," "The Jenny Jones Show" and "Evening at the Improv" on A&E.

 

She work includes acting in the theatre production of "One Flew Over the Cookoo's Nest", opening act for singer Dionne Warwick, stand-up comedy for Carnival Cruise Lines, performing the voice of "Dorothy" from The Wizard of Oz on an Aerosmith album and several sketch comedy shows. She continues to perform stand-up in nightclubs including the Improv, Icehouse and Comedy Store in Los Angeles.

Tina Sanchez

Princess Vassilisa, Cimarron

Appearing onstage for the first time at age 6 and pursuing training in acting at the age of nine, Tina has spent practically her whole life entertaining people.Tina was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Professional Actor Training Program at Wright State University, an apprenticeship at the La Jolla Playhouse, and studied with the internationally-renowned improv group The Groundlings in Los Angeles. Tina has acted, directed and served as an assistant director in theaters across the country, from Actor's Theater of Louisville to L.A.'s own Mark Taper Forum, and has been happily cast alongside Broadway vets and film/TV greats such as Zachary Quinto, Jennifer Morrison and Robert Sean Leonard. She continues to live and work in Los Angeles, recently adding voice-over, theater education for children, and motherhood to her bag of tricks. Tina's website

 

 

 

Jeff Bergquist

Kosschay the Deathless, The Grey Wolf, The Alligator...

Jeff has landed leading acting roles in repertory theaters across the country, including Denver Center Theatre, the Guthrie Theatre, and Mark Taper Forum. Locally, after a romp as Sir Toby Belch in Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, Jeff returned to play Kurt Muller in Lillian Hellman's "Watch on the Rhine" and Orgon in Moliere's "Tartuffe." He has appeared in such independent films as "Irish Whiskey," "Glass Necktie," and "Rambler '65."

 

Jeff also co-wrote and acted in Phyllis Elliott's half-hour TV pilot, "Aria 51." Jeff (bass/baritone) has portrayed the King of ancient Egypt in Verdi's "Aida," the ghost of Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor, in "Don Carlo," and Dr. Grenvil in "La Traviata." Heather Ehlers

Maya of the Fountain

A professional actress for more than 25 years, Ehlers' many stage credits include "Born Yesterday," "Paradise for the Worried", and "Educating Rita." She has guest starred on "Frasier," "Murphy Brown," "JAG" and "Lazarus Man." Ehlers earned an MFA degree from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Acting Program. Jack Ritschel

Jack played Broadway in "7 Brides for 7 Brothers", and had a major role in the world premiere of "Chaplin" at the L.A. Music Center. He was featured in the movies "Chapli"n and" The Taking of Beverly Hills." He won the Drama/Logue and Robby Awards for his portrayal of Carriere in "Phantom." He has guest starred on "Cheers," "Murphy Brown," and "Mad About You."

 

 

Guerin Barry

The Official Whistler of the New Millenium, Guerin has appeared in feature films including "A Different Story," "Elvis," "Star 80," and "A Million to Juan." His alter-ego, Tito Mambo, has rock'n'rolled around the world as a member of the 50's group Sha Na Na. Guerin's website

 

 

Roberto Alcaraz

Timucuan's Father

Roberto appeared in "Man of La Mancha" for the Reprise Theater Company, as Cesar Chavez in the musical "Cesar and Ruben," with Culture Clash in Chavez Ravine at the Ahmanson Theatre, and in "Paquito's Christmas" at the Kennedy Center. Roberto hosted the TV series "My Americas," and has appeared on "CSI Miami," "The Division," "Injustice," and "The Bold and the Beautiful."

 

 

 

Tim Holtwick

Tim is an accomplished Ki Ho'alu Hawaiian slack key style guitar player, a product of having grown up in Hawaii. He plays Hank Weinberg in the new comedy film "The Evolution of Andrew Andrews" directed by Will Klipstine.

 

 

 

 

 

Alice Lunsford

Harriet the Heron

Alice has appeared in dinner theatres across the nation as well as over 100 stage plays locally. Her feature credits include "The Lovers" and "Trippin' in the Dark." On television she has appeared in commercials and movies-of-the-week, including the role of Betty Ford in Whoopi Goldberg's HBO special.

Alice received a BA in Art at UCLA. Her watercolors and greeting cards may be purchased at "Stuff" on Main Street in Santa Monica, CA, and at the Four Seasons Gallery in Wrightwood, CA. Alice's website

 

 

Tonia Young

Graphic Artist

Tonia Young (AKA Mary Antonia) turns clay into museum quality Anasazi Pottery replicas. She studies under primitive potter masters John Olson, Estabon Fire and Delmar Lathers. She taught digital visual effects for UCLA extension for several years and is a career film industry veteran as a digital artist/painter for blockbuster movies. Currently her focus is perfecting the art of forming clay pots in the ancient ways. She teaches making pinch pots and ocarinas (a ceramic musical wind instrument) at primitive skills gatherings. Her interests include many arts and craft forms, such as; photography, photoshop, fiber arts, wool spinning, natural dyes and felting.
